MTN Ghana CEO Stephen Blewett inspires Girls in ICT finalists to be creative,  curious

The Chief Executive Officer of MTN Ghana, Mr. Stephen Blewett, has called on young girls participating in the National Girls-in-ICT Programme to be fearless, curious and committed to shaping Ghana’s digital future.

Speaking at a mentorship session hosted by MTN Ghana in partnership with the Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovations (MoCDTI) for 100 finalists from the Ashanti and Greater regions, Mr. Blewett said, “This is the beginning of your digital career. Your creativity, curiosity, and boldness will help define Ghana’s digital future. Take this opportunity very seriously. Be fearless, keep asking questions, keep experimenting. The digital economy needs more girls like you”.

Other female executives took turns to inspire the girls. Jemima Kotei-Walsh, Chief Customer Experience Officer and Angela Mensah-Poku, Chief Enterprise Officer, both shared their career journeys, urging the girls to persevere.
